This is a great Starbucks! Always get my order perfect! It is pretty busy though, so if you are in a hurry I would suggest doing a mobile order. Other than that, it's a nice addition to Utica Square and a nice place to get some coffee with your friends!

Worst Starbucks. Baristas shouts over customers who's ordering, to other customers. Front register has no customer service skills.

Worst baristas in all of Starbucks. If your cup isn't wet with some disgusting residue from one of their hands, your coffee is Luke warm.
That and they have absolutely no idea what a Cappuccino is. Here you know from picking it up that you essentially just got a drip coffee with some foam on top.
Add in the long wait and it's a meh. Go elsewhere. -

I am literally obsessed with the Starbucks at Utica Square. I have been spending weeknights and weekends here for the past six years. The location is unbelievable! In the Winter, you have a great view of the Utica Square lights. In the summer, there is lovely outdoor seating with fans and shade that keep it nice and cool in the Tulsa summers. There is a decent amount of seating and plugs available along the booths and walls. If you're lucky, you might catch a flash mob, father-son novel writing project, or a marriage proposal like me! The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is the customer service. I generally have a great experience at Starbucks, but I have frequently encountered unreasonably slow service and baristas that are less than kind. I recommend using the app to complete a mobile order. The location and atmosphere more than make up for the lack of friendliness from a few members of the staff. See you at Starbucks at Utica Square!

Worst location. Overworked, unfriendly staff with long wait times. If I want to be ignored I go here. Thank god for Dunkin!
